Man dies by the way he lives. This is a popular supply. To many it sounds true, to others false, because in spite of all their careful of way of life, they came up with debilitating illness, that keeps them focused on it and keep on asking why, until it is too late, to do anything. The point is that too often we are too busy with our schedule, to pay attention to that “little message” our bodies gives us. The alert continues until it becomes a “bigger message” that cannot be ignored. It is obvious that in the herbal and medical world, that no established ailment just happen, but signals must have been given, which the bearer, prefer to just ignore for the time being. Health is an asset that must be guided /guarded jealously. Our health has many ways we can safeguard it; through orthodox and unorthodox means, as long as it does not affect us negatively. Many aliments that affect man can be managed and cured by organic approach to eating and health. But in this day, many people have come to believe so much and have accepted the medical establishments’ well orchestrated pharmacommercials that the holistic and alternative approaches to diseases seem alien, primitive or even termed fetish. Today the medicine man/woman has disappeared along with the wealth of knowledge and wisdom they possess. Thus the truth about health has been distorted so much and for so long that sick people listen with bending ears, even when they know that they are in the last stage of life, they are so gullible that they prefer to take one last shot of insulin or dose of chemo just to prolong life, one day longer and because orthodox practices endorse it. INTRODUCTION to Apple Cider Vinegar

Health is Wealth, is a popular adage. Only a sick person can see that a healthy person wears a crown worth more than gold, and diamond or all the wealth in the world. At any stage in life health is the most crucial need of man without it; man is suffering (Ibrahim, 2011). Health is a favor from God, and so must not be joke with, rather should be cherish, guided and cared for. Don’t forget that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.

As an ardent health researcher, I have come across a lot of simple remedies to health problems and have come to appreciate the work of nature through 3 items via: vegetable, fruits, and herbs and also come to the conclusion that, a lot of pains we go through and invariably die from can be avoided by applying these 3 items in the right quality by going back to Mother Nature. We have come to a stage in our development where we have now realized what Hippocrates said ages ago “let food be our medicine”.

A lot of health supplements are found in our foods, fruits, nuts, spices etc but most of them are denatured, through chemicalization and overheating during the process of cooking.

The author will x-ray the many health and beauty remedies of an age long fruit which have made name in history of mankind called the APPLE in its supplement form known as Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). To bring the knowledge to people who will need it for therapies that work wonders. Apple may be taken for granted and less appreciated in ordinary form but as Cider Vinegar, which it turns to after fermentation, recent research shows  least about 130 ways it can be used for health and beauty benefits.

Apple Cider Vinegar is made from crushed apples which undergo the process of fermentation for a certain period of time. There are many claims and counter claims to support the effectiveness or other use of ACV. Thus evidence shows it to be a miracle cure, which treats almost any ailment, people swear by it, to have taken it effectively for anything like, indigestion, and reflux, weight gain, weight loss, gall bladder stone, inflammation, fatigue, kidney stone, haemorriods, constipation and so on.

On the other hand, there are many counter claims both anecdotal and scientific. The anecdotal claims are simply that it did not work for some people. Such people related their own individual experience. Interestingly, the amount of anecdotal evidence that ACV works is far greater than that of those who report that it did not work for them.

On the scientific side, there is no evidence that it does not work. Those who claim against its scientific evidence simply do not find any support from research and science for its effectiveness. They have neither an overall evidence of its effectiveness nor ineffectiveness. However, it does not mean that there is no scientific evidence at all. So far some have shown positive results on lowering cholesterol, lowering blood pressure, skin conditions and overall health benefits.

In conclusion, let us appreciate the fact, that all individuals are not the same; everyone has their own individual situation. It may work for some and not for others. People who may want to try it may either find it ineffective or they may get positive result as they have heard, even more than what they heard.
